Weddings in Italy - Off the beaten track

Along the years Italian and foreign spouses have celebrated their romantic Weddings in Italy in some of the most beautiful well known regions of Italy: the Art cities, Tuscany and Chianti, Amalfi Coast, Sicily and a few others.
However in Italy there are many other wonderful spots where you could organize an original and unique event.

This new section of Romeo and Juliet´s site is devoted to the romantic couples that would love to discover the unspoiled treasures of Italy and celebrate their wedding in less touristic locations.
The first regions covered by this section are:

• the dukedom of Parma, the hilly region above Tuscany, famous for its castles and its nature;
• the Umbria land, a precious stone made by Medieval villages, old Abbeys and art masterpieces, set between Tuscany and Lazio (the region of Rome).
