Rome wedding
Dara and Terry were planning a romantic Mediterranean cruise and they wanted to add a special moment to their holiday. A moment to cherish forever.
They came from US and wanted a special destination, able to symbolize the Italian dolce vita and they chose a Rome wedding
and a place recalling the eternity and they selected the rooftop terrace facing the Coliseum.
Dara has a sunny character and she loves bright colours. Her bouquet was a mix of bright pink and orange roses, an explosion of colour full of warmth and sunlit cheer.
White-off wedding dress was strapless and short: an ideal choice for a summer wedding.
It was a late afternoon on a hot August day and golden sunlight streamed down on the terrace as Dara and Terry recited their marriage vows. It was like watching a very romantic film unfold before your eyes.
At the end of the ceremony the popping of a cork was heard and chilled Italian sparkling wine was served. Dara's veil was blowing in the refreshing wind while she was kissing Terry and the Coliseum was the perfect witness of their love.
A black Mercedes was waiting for the newly weds and the photo session started. During the planning Dara was concerned that the
presence of many tourists could spoil their photos, but our professional photographer was able to find quiet places for some
private photos, but as they walked through the streets people congratulated and clapped them. Someone from a café offered them
a glass of white wine to toast, a coin thrown into the Trevi fountain and some minutes of Roman relaxation sitting on the
Spanish Steps encircled by people wanted to immortalize this lovely couple in love and Dara and Terry smiled generously like
skilled movie stars.
The sky was pink-orange and streaks of gold when they reached St. Peter Square.
A gourmet restaurant and a romantic table with candles was the last destination of this unforgettable Rome wedding
