Tie the knot in an ancient Rome temple converted in a Catholic Church.

A less formal opportunity to get married in Rome is in Santa Maria in Tempula, formerly a Church in an old monastery surrounded by a park. It is known as "Caracalla Hall' due to the fact it is located in the ruins of the Baths of Caracalla, the impressive thermal bath built in 206 aD and used until the 6th century when the goth destroyed the acqueducts. The baths had the capacity to hold about 1500 people and offered a wide variety of activities for Romans.

The baths contained art galleries, gymnasia, gardens, libraries, conference rooms, and shops. Throughout the complex statues and mosaics richly decorated the complex.

The interior of the marriage hall is very spacious and elegant , with red and gold chairs, high ceilings supported by wooden beams, niches and white statues.
