This secluded Palazzo preserves the real spirit of an ancient Venetian family residence and an atmosphere of refined elegance.
Access is through an ancient doorway that opens into a private courtyard with its well, its garden, a charming fountain and a beautiful external staircase leading to the bright and spacious main floor. From the entrance, the antique staircase leads to the grand Salon della Feste (the Ballroom). The characteristic floor, the dark, lacquered ceiling beams and the windows overlooking the garden make this room ideal for celebrations, gala dinners, reunions or business meetings.
On the fourth floor, accessible by elevator, there are spacious attic rooms with open mezzanine levels and exposed beams.
Finally, the "porta d'aqua" (the "water door") allows access to San Francesco della Vigna canal.
