The Wedding Hall of San Gimignano is housed in one of the most beautiful San Gimignano's Medieval palace, Palazzo del Popolo
The entrance is through a picturesque courtyard where you will find an ancient well and the city coat of arms on different walls. From the courtyard a spectacular flight of steps leads to the marriage hall, the stunning "Sala di Dante" (Dante's Hall), where magnificent fourteenth-century frescoes adorn the wall and Renaissance "pancali" make it precious;
The Palace was built in the XIII Century, and nowadays it hosts the Pinacoteca Civica, rich of thirtheenth-century and fourteenth-century paintings and frescoes.
