Weddings in Lucca are host in one of the most beautiful Lucca's Medieval palace, Palazzo Orsetti seat of the Lucca's town hall.
A spectacular stairways leads to the marriage hall that is sited at the first floor of the palace in the stylish Sala Verde (Green Hall), so called for the green silk tapestry walls. Also the elegant broccato curtains are green, and the overall impression of the room is very charming. Moreover in the front wall is sitted a stone fireplace that make the atmosphere even warmer.
In ancient time Sala Verde was the living room of the Palace and at the same floor you can admire other two marvellous rooms:
Sala degli Specchi (Mirror Hall), the ballroom of the Palace, and Sala della Musica (Music Hall) with a wonderful Venetian chandelier.
All these rooms are at the first floor of the Palace reachable through a fairy-tale stairways and the main door (built in 1515) was designed by the architect Nicolao Civitale.
