Your Tuscan farmhouse wedding in a spectacular estate surrounded by vineyards and the stunning Tuscany countryside

In the hearth of Chianti region, surrounded by 40 hectares of vineyards that produce superb Chianti, Vernaccia DOCG and Vinsanto DOC, this enchanting venue offers a stunning backdrop for a genuine Italian vineyard wedding.

The estate includes 3 farmhouses with view over San Gimignano and Certaldo restored in simple elegant Tuscan architecture enriched with the comfort of today's standard. Three panoramic swimming pools are located near each farmhouse and are available for the guests.

Receptions are usually held in the panoramic veranda of the main farmhouse for up to 90 guests (round tables) or in the garden overlooking the countryside.

Main Farmhouse

Renovated in 2005 it is the focal point of the estate

It includes:

• the reception, internet point, the restaurant and the cellars.
• 19 rooms with en-suite bathroom.
• The infinite pool and the garden used for wedding ceremonies and dinners.

In order to arrange a wedding at this property you are required to book all rooms for at least 2 nights (medium season) or 3 nights (high season).

The hamlet includes 2 other farmhouses that provide additional accommodation options. In particular:

Private Villa

After a careful restoration of its original materials such as the classic red "Tuscan tiles" (colored like terra cotta) floor and the roof beams of wood this mansion today presents itself as an ancient house surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and cypresses, with a scenic view on the surrounding medieval villages.

The first floor (with 3 independent entrances) can accommodate from 18 to 25 people in total; it consists of 9 rooms with en-suite bathroom. In particular:

• 4 rooms with private bathroom (from 2+2 people);
• 1 apartment (from 4+2 people) consisting of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms;
• 1 apartment (from 6+2 people) consisting of kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms;

The ground floor consists of a large living room of about 80 square meters, the fireplace and a large kitchen. A beautiful panoramic terrace with gazebo for outdoor eating, the barbecue and the swimming pool (7x14 meters) surrounded by vineyards nicely complement the house.

The private villa can hosts small private events for up to 40 people

Residence

A typical Tuscan farmhouse with a view over the towers of San Gimignano.

Renovated in 2007 it host 8 classic and superior apartments. Each apartment has a private garden and share the swimming pool. All apartments have bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, kitchen with fireplace and sofa bed.

Among the 8 apartments 3 have 1 double bedroom, 4 have 2 double bedrooms and 1 has 3 double bedrooms.
