Located just outside Verona this luxury villa was originally built in 1437 as a palace-fortress and it was taken over by the current owner's family in the 17th Century.

Nowadays is one of the most popular luxury wedding venues in Verona and It has been chosen for music videos and movie shooting (e.g. the movie "Letters to Juliet" with Amanda Seyfried).

Villa Arvedi is a baroque building that extends over two floors. The house stands on a hill enriched by shrubs, including olive trees, oaks and hornbeams that form a dense and uniform forest.

The Villa is framed by a rural landscape that opens onto a large rectangular courtyard decorated by a magnificent Italian garden with well-kept geometries, impressive trees and a large spring.

On the back of the villa, there is an elegant baroque chapel, dedicated to S. Carlo Borromeo, built at the end of the seventeenth century with valuable frescoes; looking from the chapel, through the central hall of the villa and outside the main door, the parterre and the hills opposite appear in a perspective effect of rare suggestion.

Villa Arvedi wedding ceremony and reception can be hosted either outdoor in the large terrace overlooking the Italian garden or indoor. The interior consists of a few halls distributed between the ground and the first floor. The two most impressive rooms are the “Sala dei Titani” (able to accommodate up to 150 seated and 200 people standing) and the “Sala dei Cesari” (able to accommodate 180 seated and up to 300 people standing).

Sala dei Cesari is a large, bright hall that overlooks the Italian garden on one side and the internal courtyard, where the baroque church is located, on the other. Sala dei Titani is an extraordinary hall completely frescoed by Ludovico Dorigny (1654-1742) in one of his most grandiose and representative works, depicting mythological scenes.

Both the halls are the ideal location for luxury wedding ceremonies and banquets in Verona; in the delightful cave, located to the right of the garden, summer dinners and gala evenings are organized for smaller parties.
